Module is equipped with

Electron accelerator: energy 5 MeV, electron power from 50 kW to 100 kW, operates in E-beam and X-ray modes, the time it takes to change the electron beam to X-ray mode is 20 minutes

Radiation protection: in the production of modules, it is possible to use various materials depending on the area of installation site and customer's requirements. Types of radiation protection materials: concrete, metal and others.

Ozone exhaust system: there are two possible options for removal of ozone: 1. an exhaust system into the atmosphere where it will decompose within minutes, and 2. ozone decomposition process with catalysts.

Accelerator emergency shutdown system: triggered in case of emergency situations in which the electron accelerator is switched off in automatic as well as manual modes

Integrated conveyor system: conveyor speed adjustable from 1 to 1500mm / s
  • Possibility of the conveyor integration with existing systems of the enterprise
  • Possibility of installing a conveyor with a flipping options

Fire extinguishing system: triggered in case of emergency in which the electron accelerator is turned off and the fire extinguishing system is switched on in automatic as well as manual modes

Control system: dosimetry, conveyor speed control, electron accelerator control, fire extinguishing, cooling, ventilation and emergency shutdown of the accelerator
The unique design of the local radiation protection of the module is similar to the biological radiation protection used in nuclear submarines.
