MOBILE COMPLEXES WITH ELECTRON ACCELERATORS

The mobile complex is designed for ionizing radiation of products and materials directly at locations where it's needed. It is a semitrailer and can freely move between facilities.

MOBILE COMPLEX CONFIGURATION

Beamcomplex produces the mobile complexes that can operate in 2 modes: E-beam and X-ray. The mobile complexes are used for:

• Pre-sowing seeds treatment (low-dose X-ray mode)
• Phytosanitary treatment of bulk products: grain, animal feed, dried fruits, etc. (E-beam mode)
• Potato inhibition (E-beam mode)
• Treatment of liquids: drinking water, waste water and other liquids (E-beam mode)
• Disinsectization and disinfection of boxed products (X-ray mode)

The mobile complex is designed to process products directly at production facilities and grain storage silos. It is a semitrailer and can freely move between facilities.The module can be used as a stationary as well as a mobile one.

The mobile complex is equipped with:

• Electron accelerators: energy 1MeV, power 25kW; operates in E-beam and X-ray mode.
• Radiation shield: metal
• Ozone exhaust system: depends on the module's capacity.
• Built-in system to deliver materials into the ionizing radiation area. The mobile complex may be equipped with various conveyor/piping systems:
  
  • for boxed products;
  • for bulk products;
  • for liquids.
• Accelerator's control system: dosimetry, conveyor speed control, electron accelerator control, fire extinguishing, cooling, ventilation and emergency shutdown.

Technical parameters:

• Dimensions: 10 x 2.3 x 2.3 m without diesel generator, 12 x 2.3 x 2.3 m with diesel generator
• Power supply: connection to a fixed power supply at the site or a 100 kW diesel generator.

Safety

• Metal or concrete shield ensures complete protection of employees from radiation.

Mobility

• The mobile complex can move between customers' facilities.
