The mobile module is designed for irradiation of products and materials directly at locations where it's needed. The module is installed on a semitrailer and can be freely transported between facilities.

MODULE CONFIGURATION 1
Beamcomplex produces the mobile complexes for pre-sowing seeds and agricultural products treatment.

The module is designed for irradiation of products directly at production facilities and elevators. The module can be used as a stationary as well as a mobile one. For transportation, the module is installed on a semitrailer and can be freely transported between facilities.

Module is equipped with:

• Electron accelerators: energy 1MeV, power 25kW, operates in X-ray mode.
• Radiation shield: metal
• Ozone exhaust system: depends on the module's capacity.
• In-built pipeline system or conveyor system: delivers materials for treatment into the ionizing irradiation area.
• Control system: dosimetry, conveyor speed control, electron accelerator control, fire extinguishing, cooling, ventilation and emergency shutdown of the accelerator.

Technical parameters:

• Dimensions: 10 x 2.3 x 2.3 m without diesel generator, 12 x 2.3 x 2.3 m with diesel generator
• Power supply: mobile substation or diesel generator of 100 kW.

Safety

• Module is equipped with radiation dose sensors.
• Metal or concrete shield ensures complete protection of employees from radiation.
